Mench is one of Revive’s future projects. The project is located in Schaerbeek and will consist of approximately 42 units that will be leased by Hejme. At the moment the plans are in full preparation, so we can’t give much information yet.

Ray is one of Revive’s future projects. The project is located in Jette and will consist of approximately 62 residential units around a collective courtyard of 2800m².
The project is ideally located close to the Simonis and Belgica metro stations and less than 10 minutes’ walk from all the amenities in the commercial heart of Jette.
Tannat
Molenbeek, Vier-Windenstraat 153
The place where wine used to be traded is now being transformed into a mixed, new project. On the ground floor there will be workplaces and an inner garden. There will be 79 rental apartments from the first floor. There is a strong focus on collective spaces, both outdoor areas and a communal kitchen, TV room and laundry room.

Colonel Bourg is one of revive’s future projects. The project is located in Schaerbeek and will consist of approximately 38 units that will be leased by Hejme. At the moment the plans are in full preparation, so we can’t give much information yet.
Brasserie Aerts
Sint-Joost-ten-Node, Tweetorenstraat 67-71
The project is a major refurbishment of an old brewery, located in Saint-Josse-ten-Noode and will consist of around 28 living units with several terraces. There will be a mix of studios, 1 to 4 bedrooms according to the Hejme concept. Several residential units will be earmarked for co-living.
